Great Stay at Great Price

We have stayed here for three years consecutively and love it more every time. At 30 euros a night, you can't beat it. Walking distance from the beach, and downtown Poros. Panagioti (the owner) is a great person and very accomoda A great choice. We will definitely be back next year.

Rude behavior.

The room was clean and renovated. But on the phone we were told that the front ones that see the sea make 70 and the back ones that see less 50. We closed in front, but eventually the room looked to the side and only from the balcony had a view. When we said that we thought the room looked forward, the answer was that the balcony has a view and that no room sees the sea, even in front you have to go out to the balcony! Also, because we arrived late for check-in and entered the room we didn’t know what time it was and how we would pay. Result on the day of check-out which was at 12:00 we got from 10:00 5 calls to come down to pay earlier because they had to leave.

Now with double glazing

Further to my earlier review, which was positive, the only ccaveat was that it could be a little noisy as it was close to the road. Since then the rooms on the second floor have had very effective double glazing fitted, so the one slight problem of noise has now gone. Earplugs no longer necessary. All the positive comments still apply.

Suitable hotel near/far to Poros Town

The studios are located 5 min by car from the main Poros port and town. A suitable place to stay at. Clean rooms, a bit tight though, but acceptable. Nice neighborhood, sea view, especially in the morning, is breathtaking. The studio has a small kitchenette, two twin beds, a closet and a balcony. The studios has no Wifi at all!

Smashing family run Studio Apartments

Stayed at the studios for the second year running. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Nice modern clean rooms, with cooking facilities and stunning sea views. Competitively priced. Able to use the pool at the nearby Niki Village. Will be returning next year.
