Good service from the moment you alight from Grab. Concierge will quickly assist with the heavy luggages and then proceed to the upper floor for check-in. Check-in reception also remembers their guests well with big smiles and welcome back greetings.
Room is big and has good view of the city. Complimentary one time mini bar & snacks, welcome fruits and welcome message on the TV. Only downside is the TV reception is not so good. Sometimes, it will lose its connectivity. Didn't use their facilities like that gym or swimming pool. Breakfast was a good range of buffet offerings and a list of made to order buffet breakfast items. Good service from Max and his team at the cafe. Big morning greetings brightens the start of the day. The hotel has a direct link on the 6th floor to Saigon Centre which houses Takashimaya. There are quite a number of restaurants and a supermarket at Saigon Centre. A hotel that is top of my list when I visit HCM.

they forgot to clean coffee ground tray. However, they made up with a coldcut plate. Room is a bit tiny compared to price

The location is excellent and convenient. It’s very accessible to many eateries, markets places and amenities. I would choose this when I visit HCMC again.

Since my first time, I have always had a preference to staying at Sedona Suites when I am in HCM. Already chalked up 5 stays. Great location and super hospitality.
Always very enjoyable to take a bath as the water pressure was excellent for our unit on the highest 42nd floor except that shower head was a little faulty and could not be adjusted to allow for hands free shower option.
Very thoughtful touches that made the spacious 3-bedroom apartment very relaxing and comfortable with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Good of quality furnishings and I especially liked the fresh smelling bedsheets.
Enjoyable breakfast venue on the 28th lobby floor and good choice of served ala carte breakfast items in addition to buffet style food items.
Service was super from concierge, housekeeping and breakfast service staff. It was nice to see the GM Albert Lafuente at breakfast time each morning (except Sat) walking around and attending/chatting with guests
