Mold in the bathroom, in the tub, ceiling & walls.
No soap of any kind by the sink.
Dead bugs in the corners.
The smell of weed throughout the property.
Someone was banging on our door at 12AM.

As a woman travelling alone safety is my #1 priority.
Arriving at this property it was not clear where the main lobby was. There is no well lit portico to pull up. I have to drive through the whole parking lot before I saw the sign to enter the lobby by walking past the pool.
The staff was very helpful. The people I encountered in the hallway were nice.
My room was very small. Someone had put duct tape over the smoke detector and the bedding was filthy. The staff let me know I could test the smoke detector without setting if off and waking all the other guests. They told me people sometimes tape it off due to steamy showers or microwave cooking.
I have never had to request all new bedding at a hotel before: sheets, blanket, coverlet and bed runner. Gross. The person who brought them to my room agreed and was disappointed they were like that.
The hotel is old but the furnishings are new and very nice. The carpet is gross. The hotel is built into a hill, so the hallways slope. The gap under my door was over an inch at one end with no gap at the other end. Did not feel safe to me.
For the price, it's a good place to stay but I won't be back.

Our 2 night stay was okay. Room was small, just enough space for a couple. Everything looked new and clean.
The room offered complimentary shampoo and conditioner plus a hand and body wash, however the bottles were empty. Additionally, we each had enough towels to each take a shower. Nothing more, nothing else.
The sink in the bathroom could have used extra cleaning due to the surround still had the previous guest's toothpaste caked to it.

This trip is for my 90’s year-old. When I booked I requested first floor, easier access for her.
First room he gave us was nasty. Toilet wasn’t properly cleaned or even hasn’t cleaned yet.

Had a two night stay. Hot tub was down for maintenance. Room was nice, large enough and in room conveniences.
Toilet and shower access difficult due to the door placement.
