Right off the start staff was amazing. I had called to verify per policy and they were very helpful and nice. Room was very clean and the staff was so friendly at time of check in and check out. Loves the location which was right by the school. Perfect for us as we were dropping off my daughter.

Hits all the right notes

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, the Courtyard in Pullman was everything I’ve come to appreciate about the brand: clean + modern, Starbucks brewed coffee, in-house cafe with better than expected food, ample lobby space to stretch out, and staff that is well-trained and takes care of you.

Quick and easy check in. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Overall a nice quiet, comfortable stay. The early morning staff (330am) was super helpful, even offered to make us coffees to go.

Stay here!

This is my second time staying here for work and I will continue to stay at this location due to the outstanding staff. The bartender Chelsea is the reason I choose to relax for dinner and drinks at the hotel rather than go out to eat. Excellent service.

Had a nice stay for New Coug Orientation. The hotel was within walking distance from campus (~ 1 mile from the CUB). Didn't have to bother with parking on campus, but there is a daily charge of $12 per day at the hotel. During our stay, the hot tub was closed for maintenance, but we were welcome to use the pool next door at the Residence Inn which was great!!! Very clean, nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. Liked the lobby space too. Hotel and elevators easily accommodated my mobility scooter.
Only complaint was the shower head leaked a fair stream of water out of the bottom and it would strike the metal plate drain making a loud, constant, metallic noise. Adjusting the head didn't help, which then sprayed water outside of the shower glass all over the bathroom floor.
