Pillows are in serious need of replacing. I tried all 4 pillows in our room and ended up sleeping without a pillow.
Toilet was not properly installed and rocks when you sit on it.
We were on the first level and the people above us used their office chair to roll across the floor until 1 in the morning. With the carpets being gone and replaced by vinyl flooring, it has greatly reduced the sound proofing between floors.

Male clerk at front desk had the personality of a door knob.
We asked for a quiet room and he gave us what I would say was the noisiest. The room was about 20 feet from the front desk and 15 feet from where the breakfast was served and we could hear a drier running in the night ,so I guess they were doing laundry over the night shift and the drier was very close to our room. We could hear staff and customers talking in the night and then the staff getting the breakfast room ready in the morning was very loud as they shuffled tables and chairs about and prepared the room for a 6 am breakfast. Would not recommend this motel.
