We were on a soccer tournament. There was mold in the bathroom. But it was clean otherwise and comfortable. This hotel is like in a weird location but right next to the hotel!

Old Hotel Needs Renovations

Not super old but older hotel. It could really use a renovation. I thought Embassy suites was luxury but this ain’t it. I think they’re aware because they give out 1 free alcohol drink voucher per day. Mediocre at best continental breakfast.

Tired

This was once upon a time an elegant hotel but I'd say its quite tired and overdue for renovations/upgrades. Reception area ceiling tiles are stained and some parts falling apart. Although the courtyard is still very well maintained. The staff & housekeeping works hard to keep it immaculate. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean but the furnishings are dated. Our room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. There is also an exterior sink with large countertop. We had a comfy private king size bed w/ tv in one room and another separate living room with large sofa & tv comfortable enough for a family of 4. The shower is strong and toiletries were provided in pump up dispensers.
Compared to other Embassy Suites, the complimentary late afternoon reception didn't provide much except for a free coupon drink or cocktail. Once the pathetic little fruit and veggie tray was out - CHEAP - (and horded by the first customers), it was never replenished. Some cheese and crackers or chips and salsa would have been nice for the remainder of us. Other Embassy Suites even offer charcuterie boards, not this one.
The front entrance brick walkway could use some power washing. The third floor ice machine is broken and so were the elevators (again). There is no business center/computer room (not good catering to business people).

All good but is a bit tired looking and air con is very loud, had to switch it off over night. Could do with an update. Also trafic is very noisy. Better window insulation would be great.

Very accommodating to me and my family of 5. I love how the hotel was always clean and smelled great. Breakfast was awesome with freshly made food and they offered omelets. Whenever we needed service all I had to do was text or tell someone in passing and they responded right away.
