Never staying here again

We've stayed here multiple times with no major problems. This time, we didn't learn there was no hot water until we were getting ready to take a shower before going to bed. We let the water in the sink, shower and kitchenette run and run and run. At best, it was lukewarm. When I inquired at the desk, the nice lady cheerfully said that we needed to let the water run for 10 minutes. Obviously, I was not the first to ask about the water and this was not an isolated incident. We never got any hot water - and we are never staying here again.

Hello 2Akasja09, thank you for your feedback. Maintenance has checked the boilers temperature to make sure they are set to the temperature allowed by the city. I do understand your frustration on having to wait for the hot water and I want to apologize for it, to give you an educated answer of why in this situation; this is due to the way our building was built and unfortunately we have no control of it and there's not a way we can fix it unless we rebuilt the hotel. On our cooler months, water does take more than a couple minutes to heat up.
However, we understand that the water pressure and hot water during your shower was not up to your expectations. This is certainly not the kind of experience we aim to provide, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Your input is valuable and will be taken into consideration when making decisions for future improvements.

I loved how clean the facility was and the kitchen

Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and accommodating. The pool was as well. The only issue was that they didn't have the room available that I paid for so I was offered a smaller room that was still very nice. Although I haven't received my refund from the downgraded room.

The staff was wonderful! It was a honeymoon night for my godson and they helped make it special and a seamless transaction!
