Great location! Red Lobster on one side with Dunkin Donuts beside it, Outback Steakhouse on the other side of the hotel and behind the steak house is a good sized mall. The room disappointed but it is an older property so the rooms and bathroom is tight. The problem I had with the room I was in was the fixtures were pited and dull, not at huge deal but the sink fixture was loose as well as the bathroom door handle and the toilet seat. Small stuff but it adds up, then there was food left in the freezer compartment of the fridge, still adding that the ice bucket was sticky like it hadn't been washed recently and the art work needed dusted. Oh, i just remembered the shampoo dispenser was empty.

I had stayed at this hotel years ago when it was an Amerihost. It looked like the hotel had not been updated since then. The carpet in the room was filthy and the furniture was worn. The bathroom fixtures were all corroded. Everything need updated.

There was no water. The toilets was brokwn. No washcloths. It smelled and had roaches. They made sure we for 2 rooms because of protocol and regulations but didn’t care about no water or poor conditions of room. There was always a worker standing by our room listening in. They charged me 2times on separate cards. He said the first one didn’t take but it did. Had to leave and get a new room. Waiting for refund

I had previously stayed at this hotel many times. I was nothing but an overly polite guest who usually clean the room better than it was when I got there and I'm at my girlfriend as it was checkout time so there was nobody in the rooms anymore the owner started screaming at her and yelling at her accusing her of going into other rooms that weren't ours despite that being impossible without a door key and he's the owner and he knows this and was belittling her in front of people cuz he felt like a big macho Man I believe and when I came around he was nowhere near polite to me but he was a lot different and oh it didn't none of it made one drop of sense we were accused of I guess she was accused of going into the room that wasn't ours has nobody's in there it's check out time and you can't you just can't do that at a hotel without the room key it doesn't make any sense and we went to we heard that it was under New Management and so we were going to give it a new try hoping that the owner and everybody was gone well we got there after we had already booked a non-refundable room and he had placed us on the do not rent list so I lost the money and I when I went to try to explain this to the new manager the woman was the rudest human being I've ever met immediately jumped to well if old management saw a reason to do that and then would not dismissed everywhere I said wouldn't let me tell her any of the truth of what happened and I've certainly insulting infuriating public humiliation experience from that hotel that I would not recommend this place to a soul on the planet they never didn't have never had towels you if I went there at one time in the middle of the night to ask for a towel to dry off with for taking a shower and they said wait till they get there in the morning that housekeeping just the rudest people probably you could possibly ask for that literally just basically extorted me for money because they're making up a cause to be keep kicking me out of there in order to keep my non-refundable booking fee you see and I don't appreciate it I will be doing something about this

The two female receptionist were very friendly, breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable. There were a few spots on the sheets and towels. Unless you specifically ask for room service (new sheets, towels, etc) they will not come into the room. If you are handicapped, please make sure you ask for the ground floor. The hotel does not have an elevator.
