Pleasantly Surprised

Don’t let the outside deter you as it’s under construction. They are working hard to remodel and we were pleasantly surprised with the inside. The room was completely updated, super clean and comfortable. Loved the retro appliances and all the cute details. Grabbed a drink at the bar, and went in the hot spring pool. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, thanks Sam! Looking forward to staying again and seeing all the future improvements.

POTENTIAL SCAMMERS

BUYER BEWARE. I paid for two nights in advance a month and a half ago. Showed up after driving 6+ hours to be told the resort was closed. No phone call, no email, nothing. After wasting all that time and money to get out there, the only response was "sorry about that". Unprofessionaland unacceptable.

Avoid!!

We needed to cancel our stay at this resort. We called several times and left quite a few E-mails. No one seems to answer the phone or return calls left on their machine or return Emails. The person who runs the place still ran our card and then disputed all charges and lied about correspondence. These people are crooked. Stay away! Keep your credit cards safe and sleep in your car instead.

Horrible experience

I booked at this hotel and then saw several bad reviews so I called to cancel since I had free cancelation up to 24hrs before my stay. I called 3 times no one answered or responded to my voicemail. Then I emailed them 3 times asking them to cancel my reservation. They never did and tried to charge my card anyways.. i had to lock my card. But they put it down as a repeating charge so when I unlocked my card
.it went through anyways. This business is super shady and I will never recommend this place to anyone and tell people to avoid it at all costs

Regret

I’ve never been bitten by bed bugs til my stay at hunters where apparently they don’t care much about it…when I came to the front desk some burn out told me I probably brought them in with me..this place is dirty..dog fur in bedding
