Hotel offering excellent value for money.
The room, spacious but slightly dark, had a daily cleaning service including changing towels and making available bottles of water. Located on the 15th floor (room 1508), it proved particularly quiet.
Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality, with the exception of drinks. The reception and dining hall is small, so an arrival as soon as the service opens is recommended.
The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from Times Square and 1 minute from a subway station.

Solid Option in Midtown
Anton Rollinson was so helpful! I want to thank him for making sure I could get my daughter situated at the hotel when she had to unexpectedly leave her short term apartment the last week of her intensive study program. Thanks to him everything went smoothly!!
This hotel was close to all the studios my daughter had to attend during her program in NYC, and was also very close to all the theaters for the shows she saw her last week in NYC. Thank you Four Points.

Outdated and Bare Min
The rooms and hotel in general are really outdated and overpriced. No frills lobby with no convenience shop. Breakfast is paid, beds are very uncomfortable, and your view will likely be into the window of the building next door and the people in it. Netflix and YouTube available on room tv if you have a personal account to sign into, but it lags and pauses regularly, seemingly due to bad internet connection. Turnover service is decent, but standard. Location isn’t bad if you’re in the city as a tourist and want to be close to Times Square.

Inadmissible
So what to say coming for the Christmas period on holiday in New York and booking via booking for the night from 28 to 29 December at 450 euros a night with breakfast we had 3 rooms!
My God it was dirty!!!
Papers thrown on the ground , a hotel that is no better than a formula 1 in France!
In the bedroom a horror! A reversible air conditioning I think not maintained at all it smelled closed!
Dust all over old furniture, torn sheets and horrible re-chewed shower room!
Holed towels!
In short I asked for a refund or compensation for the horrible night last (alarm that rang 3 times at 3 am) and for sleeping in unacceptable conditions!
I just wanted to make it clear that we slept at the intercontinental times square for this price at the beginning of the week nothing to do with standing anyway!
It's just stealing to make people sleep in conditions like this and take as much money as possible!
Contact Booking to complain but apparently the hotel did not want to know anything!
So to flee!!!!!!!

Nothing special
Very polite and helpful staff. Good cleaning and location. The beds and pillows are bad. The room is small for a couple and a teenager. The room has very bad acoustics. Depending on the room you are in, the elevator ends up passing close to the wall of the room, which makes it impossible to sleep at night. It is only worth it if you are staying for a few days. I believe there are better options for the same price.
