Wonderful experience!
The overall hotel experience was a 10/10. JoAnna, at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, and helpful from the day we checked in. Each day passing the front desk, she would be sure to greet my fiancé and I with a bright smile, and a friendly comment such as “enjoy our day, we will see you later”. JoAnna was the only front desk staff member that informed my fiancé and I that we can bring food down to warm it up in the microwave, and she also went the extra mile to request a microwave be installed in our room throughout the duration of our trip. I was greatly appreciative of this gesture as no one else informed us. JoAnna is amazing, and our overall experience has been superior!

Our air conditioning was not working properly and they bright a fan because my sister was asleep. The coffee maker plug was not working. These made it difficult to love our stay. Property and staff were kind.

Great stay, would stay here again.
Had a great stay. Stayed here while visiting UCLA. Hotel was clean and easy to get to. Near plenty of dining. Room was clean and comfortable. No issue with the valet - getting our car was quick and easy at the valet station. You can self park for $45/night or valet for $50/night - seems a little high, but room rate was reasonable. Breakfast in the hotel was good. You can hear the freeway if you are listening for it (we were on the top floor) but it was more like white noise. Would stay here again.

Today is my birthday, and my stay at the Hilton Hotel in Culver City has truly made it unforgettable!
From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and hospitality that this hotel is known for. My dad gave me a beautiful gift right before check-in, which already had me emotional – and then came the cherry on top. The front desk young lady, Halo, greeted us with the most amazing smile and such genuine kindness. When she found out it was my birthday, she surprised me with an upgrade! Her customer service was absolutely top-tier – professional, warm, and full of heart.
Every single staff member I encountered during my stay was kind, helpful, and welcoming. It felt like they all genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and full of great energy. But it’s truly the people who make this place stand out.

Never again!
Never again. We have stayed here 12+ times but their parking situation holds guests hostage. If you like waiting 25 minutes for your car and being late, this hotel is for you. Recent changes have made the process worse. Courtyard here we come
