After spending one night my wife and I started itching while driving home . Once we arrived home my wife had small bite marks. Pretty sure this place had bed bugs. I trusted hotels.com recommendation of this hotel.

This establishment is an older building. The pictures may look nice but in person it is run down. We were in town for a concert. We stayed in room 222.
The room was spacious and we gave it the benefit of the doubt. The table wasn’t balance and had a folded up cardboard under one of the legs. There were handprints from the former tentante on the head bored still. Yuck!
Then, we ordered pizza and saw a roach run across the table.
Still, we thought maybe it was a moth. But then we were asleep I woke up to check on my child and saw a roach running across ours bed by my child!
Find another place to stay. This hotel is disgusting.

Labeled as "accessible". However there was nothing accessible. No shower stool, or shower accommodations,
sink was above my head seated in a wheelchair, switches for lights high. Price for room very expensive as well.

If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. It’s old, musty (disguised by the scent of air fresheners), and unkept. We only stayed one night and for the price we paid I expected so much more. Then again, it is Las Cruces, NM. I’m not even sure our room was cleaned before we arrived. There was hardly any toilet paper on the roll, there was water left in the tub and one of the lamps was on. They had a sign stating “housekeeping upon request”. Obviously they do not clean every day anymore. And the “continental breakfast”, don’t get me started……what continental breakfast??? Breakfast was from7-10 am, we got there at 8:00 and everything was gone. The orange juice was hot, no milk for the cereal, the counter to make waffles was covered in batter and there was hardly anything to eat. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Run down hotel, dirty elevators, rip in the sofa, no bedding for the pull out sofa and cold pool
