Second time staying here no complaints and housekeeping did show up to take trash, take soiled lined and bring new wash cloths and towels, and enjoyed my time.

Staff wasn't very helpful. My niece and nehpews came to visit (not stay the night). The front desk agent said they need to leave the room or she was going to call the police. There was 0 disturbance, 0 noise complaints and again they were being picked up shortly and not staying the night. Also reeked of smoke even though we were supposedly in a non smoking room.

I liked this hotel. It was simple, basic, quiet, clean and most importantly I felt safe. I stayed here alone and felt very comfortable. That's about all I need in a hotel room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the room was clean and didn't smell which is very important. I forgot my cleaning wipes and asked the front desk if they had anything I could use, she gave me some cleaning spray and a cloth. The only thing I would complain about is the size of the towels, they are really small and thin, a little rough.

Nothing i liked about it . I booked 2 nights there & left after the first night there because the bed was to hard , the room was dusty with poor lighting & the entire building smells like cigarette smoke ...
The clerk said i could try and get the money back from expedia that was for the extra night that didn't use.
I said keep money, use it to get a new mattress & clean the place...
$368.00 over priced... pew pew pew

Kia & Asia, fantastic customer service, at the front desk. The room was immaculate. Very clean and had everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I can't wait to stay there again. Thanks again, Kia & Asia, you rock!
