تجربة مذهلة في فندق صغير ريد روم إن - خدمة راقية ومريحة!
استمتعتُ بأروع إقامة في فندق "ريد روم إن" (Red Room فندق صغير)، ولا يمكنني أن أوصي بها بما يكفي! منذ اللحظة التي وصلت فيها، شعرتني نيكي في مكتب الاستقبال بترحاب مذهل. وقد رحبت بي بابتسامة دافئة، وكانت سريعة وفعالة في عملية التحقق، وتأكد من تلبية جميع احتياجاتي. إن "نيكي" تهيئ حقا المعايير لخدمة العملاء الممتازة.
كانت الغرفة نفسها مثالية تمامًا. فهي فسيحة ومريحة ومجهزة بكل ما احتجت إليه. كانت النظافة أستثنائية؛ فكل شيء بدءًا من الحمام وصولاً إلى المفارش كانت نظيفة. ومن الواضح أن فريق العمل في فندق صغير "ريد روم إن" يفخر بشدة بالحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة، وهو ما جعل إقامتي أكثر إمتاعا.
جودة الغرفة كانت رائعة، حيث كانت حديثة ومعتنى بها جيدا، فضلا عن جميع اللمسات الصغيرة التي تجعل الإقامة مميزة للغاية. وسواء أكانت السرير الفاخر أم الخدمات الزاخرة بالكثير، فقد شعرت بالراحة تمامًا والاهتمام طوال وقتي هناك.
ذهب "نيكي" وطاقم العمل بأكمله إلى أقصى حد لضمان الاستمتاع بإقامة لا تُنسى. يمكنني أن أقول بصراحة أن الخدمة هنا لا مثيل لها، وسوف أعود بالتأكيد إلى مطعم "ريد روم فندق صغير" في المرة القادمة التي أكون فيها في المنطقة. فالموظفون الأفضل حقًا والغرف نظيفة والتجربة المذهلة بشكل عام!

مخيبة للآمال
إقامة مخيبة للغاية. لأننا نسافر مع الكلاب، فهذا هو إقامتنا المعتادة عندما نكون في كنوكسفيل. وعادة ما يكون إقامتنا على ما يرام. وهذه المرة كانت الوسائد كالصخور. وهناك منطقة من الوجهات السوداء على السقف، وهناك حفرة بجوار حوض إستحمام يمكن أن يتوافق معها راكب. ومن المؤكد أنه يتعين علينا إعادة النظر في الإقامة هنا في المستقبل.

كان هذا أسوأ فندق RedRoof أقمنا فيه على الإطلاق. كانت موظفة مكتب الاستقبال، Mya، وقحة للغاية، وطلبت منا الحفاظ على المناشف نظيفة وإلا فإنها ستحتفظ بإيداعنا البالغ 100 دولار... وعندما دخلنا الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة... هناك كان هناك دماء على الجدران وطلبنا غرفة أخرى وكانت الغرفة الأخرى أسوأ من الغرفة الأصلية، وكان هناك بقع دماء على السقف ونمنا جميعًا بملابسنا فوق الملاءات. . مثير للاشمئزاز تماما! ضجيجا بصوت عال في حوالي الساعة 4 صباحا. نهضنا وعندما كنا نجمع أغراضنا معًا، وجد زوجي حقنة تخرج من تحت السرير، وأخبر "ميا" في مكتب الاستقبال وطلب خصمًا لأننا لم نحظى بنوم مريح، قالت لا بشكل صارخ! ... إذا كان بإمكاني إعطاء هذا s@$thole ناقصًا، سأفعل ذلك! لا تبقى هنا ! ! !

كان هذا أسوأ مكان للذهاب إليه للموظفين وكان فظًا للغاية بالنسبة لي عندما ذهبت للتحقق من اتهم زوجي بالتدخين داخل الغرفة حتى عندما كان لدينا شاهد يقول إنه لم يكن يدخن داخل الغرفة رفضوا إعطائي أعد وديعتي البالغة 100 دولار وعندما أخبرت السيدة في مكتب الاستقبال كنت سأبلغ الحجز بذلك. com رفعت صوتها في وجهي وقالت إنها لا تهتم من الواضح أنهم لا يعرفون الفرق بين الماريجوانا والسيجار الذي اتهمنا زوراً بتدخين الماريجوانا أو الصراصير في غرفتي وكانت الأسرة قاسية للغاية وغير مريحة. لن أبقى في هذا المكان مرة أخرى أبدًا وكانت هذه أسوأ تجربة مررت بها على الإطلاق ولا ينبغي لهؤلاء الأشخاص أن يكونوا في مجال الأعمال. 100 دولار مبلغ كبير لأخذه من شخص ما لكنني لم أقدر عدم الاحترام ولن أبقى أبدًا هناك مرة أخرى، لذا كن حذرًا مع أي شخص، فهؤلاء الأشخاص مليئون بالحماقة ومن الواضح أنهم لا يعرفون الفرق بين السيجار والماريجوانا

سعر جيد جدا للخدمة التي تلقيناها.
سرير ناعم ونظيف ومُعاد تشكيله وأرضية وحمام نظيفين ووجبة إفطار ساخنة وإنترنت سريع عالي السرعة وموظفو مكتب استقبال رائعون (كان اثنان من موظفي مكتب الاستقبال يقومون بتسجيل الوصول، وكانت عملية عمل الضيف سريعة للغاية) وكان مكيف الهواء والثلاجة هادئين، ما الذي تحتاجه أيضًا يقضي.
