Good accommodations for family and our dog except Saturday night when there was other people on the fifth floor smoking some form of weed product. I was under the impression that all rooms were smoke free. I had difficulty breathing that night due to my asthma and allergies since we were on the 5th floor. Also the coffee was extremely bitter both in the room and down in the lobby.

The computers were down so they could not look up my reservation, I was required to complete some paperwork in order to get my room. I was given a room that was occupied so I had to go back to the desk to get another room. I was complimented with a breakfast voucher and the food was terrible.

Wifi in my room would have been nice for work. Had to do my zoom from the phone.Turning on the water to take a shower and dirty water came out. Didn't want to take the shower after that. The phone in the room didn't work so I had to call the front desk from my cell. The staff was good to go.

Not worth the price
This hotel is associated with marriott. I have never stayed in one so run down. It was very dingy. We actually stayed twice with two different experiences.
The only reason we stayed again was due to the staff and they are one of the few hotels that allow dogs. The second stay it didn't look like the room had been cleaned well. I was there for work on nightshift and they checked us out of our room one day early and acted like it was my fault. The price we ended up paying was ridiculous for the state of the hotel and amenities. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot attest to that.

I stayed here a couple years ago. It was better then, when it was a Sheraton property. It's now a Marriott. Problems began before we even arrived, when I received an e-mail to check in early. I went thru the procedure, but the desk clerk said "we don't send those out." OK, but I DO have an email. So we got in. The sleeping room needs a refresh. Completely. Seals were broken on the windows, the toilet wobbled, there's no outlets that are convenient, just a poorly laid out room. Worst in the room was the coffee. One cup worth, but it was HORRIBLE. They put out coffee in the lobby, but it was ice cold at 8AM on a Friday. Yummy. We didn't eat at the restaurant. I won't be back.
