This property is falling apart the room smell like cigarettes, and the furniture and cabinets in the kitchen and the living room and the bedroom are falling apart and warped. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub has chipped paint and chipped glaze it cut my foot. They will give you a foot mat at the front desk, but that means they’re admitting that the bathroom is unacceptable and that the tub is disgusting.
They have terrible customer service. They don’t care about your complaints and they stand there and lie in your face and say that they’re going to move to another room and then don’t even bother calling you all day to move you to that new room and then someone else will tell you that you never should’ve been told that you were gonna be moved to a room. Even though you just checked into the hotel, you’re not considered important. They only care about other people that may need to check in that day, even though you were put in a disgusting nasty room.
They did not give me enough toilet paper in the bathroom and they charge you a deposit that will never be returned. It’s $100 per room. The phones in the rooms do not work appropriately and the cords are broken so they keep popping out of the receiver every time you pick it up.
They say on their profile that they give breakfast but they do not. It is just coffee and it ends at 9:30. They might give you one bagel, but it is not a sufficient breakfast.

Horrible Experience

The room was huge. We only had 2 towels in the bathroom when I asked for more the guy at the front desk told me that they usually don’t hand them out. I explained to him that there are 3 of us and that I didn’t have a towel to shower. He finally gave me one and said that all the dirty towels need to come to the front desk so they could be exchanged.
The microwave didn’t have a handle on it so you couldn’t use it. It says full kitchen but you have to beg to get plates, utensils etc, It was easier to go to Walmart and buy them. The tub didn’t have a plug so you couldn’t bath.
The EXIT signs on the wall near the floor did not light up. I didn’t feel safe going outside or leaving the room. There was no cameras in the stairway, hallway, or even outside.
We were there for a baseball tournament and there was no ice machine in the building. The website says breakfast, There was no breakfast, When I asked the girl at the front desk she stated that their truck wasn’t coming in until Monday. I have been to a lot of hotels but never been to a place like this.
The website also doesn’t tell you that you have to pay a $100 deposit when checking in to use the Internet, smoking or phone calls but it says Free WiFi in the elevator???

Old decor, furniture, and tv. Bathtub had chipping paint. Sticky door handles. Good thing I always pack wipes.
