Horrible management

The Manager is horrible and is greedy he made us pay 3 weeks up front and then he wouldn’t give us a refund when we were leaving for the days that we didn’t stay. He wouldn’t let anyone us help us but him because he would set a lock so we couldn’t pay weekly or get a receipt for the checkout

One would think, customer service delivery should be a standard when staying at a hotel as it is a service industry. It is a top expectation that is a decision that makes a consumer/ customer come again. There was no customer service at this hotel. The evening employee had no level of customer service delivery. He was so unwelcoming, demeaning and unfriendly. Poorly done, and unremarkable unforgettable. It is sad to see that kindness and a smile makes such a difference but this employee could not find it in his bone to deliver on this!

The hotel is right next to the highway, restaurant next to the hotel but it was closed when I was there. There is a free breakfast, but it was the most basic one on our road trip. Beds were comfortable. No hair conditioner in room. The parking lot was completely covered in ice and there was no attempt to make a safe path from the cars to the entrance. If you just want a convenient, basic hotel this would do. If you're hoping for a nicer experience, I'd keep looking.

The front desk person was extremely rude. We asked about food in the area and we were only told about the pizza place. The man behind the desk was rude, short, and extremely snarky.
