Good value for the money.

I would rate this hotel a 4 of 5, based on most things. The place is impeccably clean and they offer a free buffet breakfast that is fantastic and vast. the rooms are old but ours had been updated recently, except for the toilet which was an old low down one that should have been extinct. The front desk was very helpful and the room rates we had thru the website for BW was around $115 per nite which was good value. the hotel is in a older kinda sketchy looking area but is well lit and has much parking. I would stay here again if i needed central fresno location. Oh, and i forgot, they dont have an elevator for the upper floors. Be sure and ask.

The room is clean and comfortable, the price point is budget. It is a good place to stay for a night or two if you just need a basic place to sleep.

This Best Western was about what I expect from a basic Best Western vs a Best Western Plus. The room was clean, bathroom has some dirty corners and provided just basic shampoo and bar soap, thin towels. The breakfast was fine—had bagels, waffle maker, ok coffee, styrofoam plates and plastic cups. The hotel is in a location which didn’t feel that safe in that they told us they had roaming security all night and had signs in the parking lot warning about theft. A nice, quiet room in an urban area with excellent access to getting around, all at a great price. Hard to beat.
