Staff is awesome, very friendly. Door lock to laundry has not been opening with our room keys for 2 months or more and still not fixed, so we have to bug front desk staff to open it for us. Staff is very willing to do it, which is nice.

2 Night Solo Stay

I can’t think of anything to complain about. I wasn’t that hungry in the morning, so there being no breakfast wasn’t a huge deal, so if you’re a breakfast person, be aware that you need to DoorDash. I feel that they factor that into their pricing, which I appreciate.
Corey at the front desk felt like a friend, so I’m sure she is to everyone. Very impressed with the customer service!

The hotel was good and the service was the same. My only complaint was that when we checked in on our first night the were some sketchy people there that were obviously intoxicated and wreaked like Marijuana, these same people had the police there the following morning it appeared that those same people were being arrested. It constantly smelled like marijuana inside and outside the hotel for the 7 days that we were there as if every person they rented rooms to came there to get high. It left the place stinky and the people staying there made it feel unsafe for my family

First they told us they only clean every 7 days. So we had to get new towels due to being there more than 1 day. As soon as we got to our room our door was opened by maintenance who claimed he was changing a battery. The front desk just said.. nobody would be in the room. Then no knock before entry. Nothing. Will not stay here again.
