Best Western Hotel and Suites PLUS wonderful place to stay Excellent Customer Service from Staff and Deepak Lella Top Notch Mgmt. Sachin and Renato and all Staff amazing. All about Customer Service. Disappointed

This hotel is conveniently located off I95 and makes it easy to get to the airport and cruise terminal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated. However, there were many things that bothered me. The sliding glass door did not close properly and left a large gap. The curtains at the sliding glass door had water stains near the bottom. The outside door had a large gap at the bottom. The flooring had missing pieces. The paint around the baseboards was chipped and flaking. The wood edge on the night stand was worn off. The buttons on the elevator were not secure and the inside of the elevator was extremely worn. I expected more from a Best Western Plus. I will not stay here again.

It was clean and the desk staff were friendly. The bathroom shower overflows because it doesn’t drain fast enough.

The room #312 was spacious with a view of the pool out front and a view of trees out the back... although I had to ignore the white stone covered roof... no biggie. Free breakfast is great for saving time and a great deal with kids!

Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you just desperately need a bed to sleep in. Breakfast was barely edible. The whole place seemed like it had water damage issues.
