It was a nice stay, the bathrooms need some definite upgrades and could be a little cleaner.
Beds were comfortable, room was clean again just some updates to the property.

If you bring a saddle and a rope you can heard and ride the roaches
Brother!....! I'm rating this room on a roach per capita basis Literally was up all night updating this as I chased roaches around the room. All sizes. I felt like I was herding cattle. There's so many and some you could ride to the light. So I've stayed in hotels all over the globe and this is the first room I've ever stayed in where I have killed three roaches in the room in less than an hour. This is room 1717. So I sit on the bed doing some work on the laptop look up at the TV...two more roaches running up the wall. Moved the fridge more. So this is a record for me on roaches in a room I think it's a record period because I've seldom if ever found bugs or roaches. This is with the lights wide open so I don't even want to know what's crawling around when I'm asleep in here with no lights.
Bar is nice. Breakfast food was ok but service struggles with one person training a new person even with it being Buffett.
This is a one and done for me. That's a shame because the waterfront is nice and the views are good but lort have mercy. This is from a multi-year diamond/platinum elite with IHG and I used to be exclusive IHG but this is one of the reasons I've slowly transitioned away from the brand. There's much nicer hotels down the block or you can find the fake eyelashes in your bed with the roaches. Eight roaches in 1717 just tonight 2/5. Basically walking the room at 11 PM saddling and killing roaches. I've never seen anything like this.

The hotel room was nice with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast horrible: powder scrambled eggs, cold sausage patties, stale biscuits and bread, good bacon. No coffee or juice available for self service. Ate cereal since I could not stomach the food mentioned. I talked with others they agreed Not worth having to pay for meal.

Avoid this hotel
A very poorly run, poorly maintained hotel for the price. I have stayed in worse hotels but none at full service hotel at this price.
I've stayed here over a month this year and it's always something. Outlets don't work in the rooms. A/C work poorly and drips water onto the carpet. Maintenance calls take several hours. Housekeeping is randomly assigned with no clear policy. Employees may be sympathetic but offer no meaningful solutions.

You charge to park motorcycles???
The gentleman that checked me in was great. He was personable and made the check in enjoyable. The room was cold even though the fan was not on. The carpet on the floor was completely wet.
Also, it's ridiculous the amount you charge to park a motorcycle.
