Zain is the best!

Zain the bar serving attendant was more than excellent. His service was immaculate, and he was very attentive. He was very knowledgeable, served with precision and was quick with service. Definitely made my dinner experience memorable. Hope to see him on my next Pittsburgh, PA work visit.

Cashless hotel takes your cash for meals

We arrived on June 30. Decided to get something to eat in hotel lobby. Amy was our server. Told us it would be best if we paid cash for our meal. We never received a bill Amy just told us the amount we owed. Didn't realize until later that we were overcharged. Spoke to a manager the next morning. We were told the hotel is cashless and should have never paid the bill with cash. Our meal didn't show up in our final bill. Server Amy overcharges and then pockets the money for herself. After we spoke with manager someone was supposed to contact us. I guess since we left we aren't important any longer.

This was an unfortunate and isolated incident that does not reflect the values or standards of our hotel. We take matters like this very seriously, and upon learning of the situation, we acted promptly. We have personally reached out to the affected guest on several occasions and have fully reimbursed them for the amount involved, with no conditions attached.
In addition, we have implemented additional measures to ensure that this kind of situation does not occur again in the future. While we are limited in what we can share due to the personal nature of the matter, we want to reassure all our guests that appropriate action has been taken. The situation has been resolved, and we remain committed to providing a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for everyone who stays with us.

The staff from check-in, consulting on delivery food options and early morning driver to airport were professional, personable and just good friendly people.

This Courtyard was fine. I appreciated the early check-in. But the front desk associate did not seem very knowledgable. Nearly every question I asked her required some sort of clarification or follow up (For example, not telling me about amenities or their hours, not explaining how the cafe / bar / restaurant works, or the hours of breakfast, etc). The room didn't have a safe, and the tv was really small. And they charge $10 / day for parking. I am not familiar with hotels charging for parking. What's the alternative to this? But all in all, the room was comfortable.

Not great!

Very dissatisfying experience. I selected this hotel based on the shuttle. It said that it was available upon request and when I got there was told it started at 4, that that shuttle was full and that they wouldn’t compensate an uber. I was stuck. I had to pay $40 and they didn’t offer points or anything. Then I went to take a shower and the conditioner was out. Very frustrating and dissatisfied. Please call ahead and make sure they have availability since the website is not right. And they won’t budge. They need to update the website and make sure the shower stuff is full.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback. This will help us be better in the future for all of our guests. I am so sorry to hear about your most recent experience at our hotel. Our complimentary shuttle service is offered from 4am-Midnight. We keep a schedule and leave the hotel every half hour in the mornings. We have our guests sign up and the service is provided as first come first serve. We would love to have an unlimited amount of guests in our shuttle to accommodate everyone but we cannot safely do that. We do not often fill our shuttle times but it does happen from time to time that is why we keep our schedule of going to and from the airport every 30 minutes. I am so sorry to hear about the conditioner as well and that should not occur as our housekeepers are trained to change those as needed on a daily basis. I will be sure to review this task with the team so that it does not happen in the future. Yours in Hospitality,
