Good family stay

The reviews on Google were all over the place, so wasn't sure what to expect. Stayed here 1 night and everything was good! The room was clean. The shower was amazing with very hot water and awesome pressure. Loved that the shampoos/conditioners were on the wall. I have really long hair and need a lot, so made it much easier than those tiny bottles. The breakfast was pretty good. They had Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also had waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, juice, milk and coffee. I felt safe here. There was an outdoor pool also and a fitness area. Didn't get the time to check it out though. Overall a nice place for a family to get a good night sleep and breakfast. Would stay here again especially for the price.

Could Be Cleaner

Adequate place to sleep. Didn't feel gross or in danger. Room could have been cleaner- appeared that someone's bodily fluid was dripped on the side of the boxspring of the bed. Were told our room had been cleaned when it clearly hadn't -or it was cleaned so poorly that we couldn't see any evidence of it.

Paid for room thru hotels.com. Had receipt but hotel said not paid. Then asked for security deposit of 80.30 which I was to get back. Few days later it went from pending on my card to posted. I phoned hotel and they did not return my money. TERRIBLE place. No not recommend.

They try to help me get a room but they system are running slow. So Hotel .com had to book me a room around the corner.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
We originally were given a room on the second floor - the hallway and our room felt very “budget” in cleanliness and vibe. The AC would not turn on, so we went downstairs and let them know. They promptly switched us to the third floor. This floor was much better! The bedding was white and clean and the whole vibe was nicer…plus the AC worked. Breakfast was nicer than most hotels of this style.
