Excellent staff very professional. Very clean hotel and great amenities. Thoroughly recommend well worth a stay.

The staff were very friendly, but didn’t let me know that the bar was shut so was standing around for a long time. The power to half the room had shut off but was switched on after 40 mins of trying to find the trip switch. The signs on the room door were both stained with goodness only knows what. The room was a decent size but the bathroom was very small, there was no space to open/shut the door when you were in the bathroom. Had to squeeze up to the sink to get past the door, ridiculous.

Nice hotel, comfortable room but bathroom was quite small and cramped. TV didn't work properly and this is something I often find in hotels. This isn't a budget hotel though so I would expect this not to happen. Most of the main channels were unwatchable. I went to reception to report but there was a queue so I didn't bother until I checked out.

Location from A14. Special thanks to Alex, Carla, Tom, Niamh and Viktoria, for making our stay good. Would use again. Didn't have time to use the pool facilities. Parking good . Good value. Breakfast selection good and fresh cooked omelette very good.

Good location. Warm welcome by Alex on Reception. Room small but good value. Breakfast selection good. Breakfast service good by Viktoria, fresh omelette made to order was hot and good by chef Tom. Thanks also to Carla, and Niamh. Would have used the pool if had more time
