Family weekend trip to London

Good location.
Nice and clean.
A lot of good breakfast restaurants close to hotel.
Helpful staff.
Located in Nice part of London with a lot of things to explore and to do close to hotel. Enjoy Hyde park, shopping in Oxford and Regent Street and much more.

They took 100£ of my card and said it will be returning after my stay its to cover damages if they happen.
I checked out long time ago they still haven't refunded me and were extreme jerks towards me when i asked for my refund.
I did not get refunded
Horrible service and staff rude when you want your money refunded there was no damage in room they confirmed that after i left my baggage in their storage that they charged me 10£ for luggage storage
So nothing is free in this hotel there was no information in room except how much thing cost if you break them.
I suggest people look for other hotel

Booked this hotel through hotels.com and paid in full. Went to check in and we was told our booking had been cancelled. They insisted they hadn’t taken payment even though it was showing out of our bank. A list was shown of another 8 bookings being cancelled. To add even more insult we have been asked for a review on our stay!

Hotel from hell!

STAY WELL CLEAR
Booked and paid in full. When we arrived to check in the hotel had a list of 8 bookings they where cancelling including us! Receptionist was extremely rude and showed no remorse… no offer of help. Money had cleared from our bank but refused refund.
Probably a lucky escape looking at the state of the hotel and staff.
