Excellent

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment (no 2) for 2 couples for 1 night on 10.11.23. What a lovely surprise. It was immaculate. There was also fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam and cereal. We parked the car outside the apartment. It was £7 per night to leave the car there whilst we were away and we could take the car keys with us. The blonde lady was extremely helpful and the owner was also extremely friendly. There was a free shuttle to and from the pub which they said was one of their pubs - beautiful food and very reasonable.
Shuttle back and fore to the airport which was £10 each way.
I would definitely recommend to anybody and will definitely use again.

Come for the dogs.

Had a lovely greeting by a white and orange Jack Russell, who was just adorable.
However no nice welcome from the owners.
Stayed in room 1 which was really clean and very nice.
As we was sharing with other family members we stayed in the upstairs room which only had a celling window that had no way to block out the light, therefore made it hard to fall asleep for our 4am wake up the next morning. As we stayed in July as well it did not go dark until around 9:30- 10pm which is not ideal.
Shuttle bus was arranged for 3:45 but had no sign of the bus 20 minutes later. Therefore, we had to contact the owner to ask only to find out he never told the bus driver to pick us up. This lead to the bus being 45 minutes late.
Things to improve are a little tidy up around the outside areas to make it look aesthetically pleasing although can understand that they are in the middle of construction. As well as some extra toiletries like shampoo, body wash etc for showers.
A little side note the dogs and grey cat, they have 5* for their amazing customer service.

Go elsewhere

Very poorly managed. Electric gate access only supplied hours after arrival. Had to ring around to eventually get someone to let us in. No one person in charge so is very chaotic. WiFi is available, but see blank blackboard in photo. Will not return

Disgusting

Very disappointed. Accommodation didn't feel clean, curly hair on bathroom floor, also pee on the floor by the toilet. Carpets all frayed around edges of rooms, they hadn't been fitted, my bed sheets were bobbly and rough, kitchen foil over skylight in upstairs bedroom and the whole place stank of horse manure. On top of this, builders started work right next to our Accommodation at 7am, we only got in from a late flight at 1.30am, so I was very angry. I emailed them but had no reply. £140 wasted, disgusting.

Weekend away with Friends for Cheddar Gorge 10k.

We had two apartments for six friends. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. We loved that we had a lounge area where we could socialise and we all had a comfy double bed each. The kitchenette was well equipped and cereal, milk, bread and biscuits provided.
Even though near to the airport, it was lovely and quiet and safe parking.
We will be back next year.
