Beautiful hotel what has all in it

I have stayed few times. Honestly I must say this hotel has all in it! The new executive lounge is great. It has beautiful view from all the way from 30th floor. I have noticed hotel's front office staff has improved their services significantly since the last time I visited in 2024. All colleges are absolutely fantastic at their services. The SUHOOR was provided complementary for Diamond members which was more than fantastic!!! The foods were amazing, Restaurant service was cool. The gentlemen from restaurant in Shuhoor shift were very helpful. I must mention 2 colleagues name who were very professional and cooperative, their services are great. Their names are Ms NARDIN and Mr ROMANY. I must say both are the great ambassador for this hotel. I came early but the way treated me and kept me waiting in lounge never felt boring, because of their true professionalism and hospitality. The gym was cool.

Total disappointment at the hotel after 3 years, service lost!

Were at this cool hotel on New Year's Eve with family three years ago. Picked from reviews
Things have changed for the WORSE now. There's no customer orientation.
Came here to celebrate his birthday with his wife, promised to look into the matter and do an APGRATE, finally asked in two hours to come and pay Dh 8,000 for each night,
In the Hiltons and Better Level hotels we rest constantly, but this is the first time. What five stars are they? What about the service???? Client's opinion not taken into account
Paid for breakfast, as early arrival and extremely surprised: There's practically nothing, just eggs, a couple of salads and muffins, juices all bagged with sugar-Chemistry, no Fresh, no choice of dishes - saving on everything, QUESTION: what is this kind of money paid for breakfast - I don't understand. Very POOR TABLE. The promotion offered who lives for free at the show tickets on the site - in fact asked to pass and pay at a discount - hahaha.
Management's having problems, the service's gone bad,

horrible , poor quality of the hotel building and the customer service is so bad , after we request of changing the room no one giving any respond at all . Not recommend at all and stay away with this hotel . You can get much better hotel with this pricing

Extremely dangerous hotel! The water pressure in the bathroom is excessively strong, and the floor is extremely slippery with no safety measures in place. This caused me to fall and fracture my nose. To make matters worse, there was no immediate emergency assistance, and the hotel took no responsibility for the incident. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they pretended not to understand me, which further frustrated the situation. This experience has severely affected my impression of hotels in Dubai. Despite clear safety hazards, the hotel refuses to acknowledge any fault. I strongly advise against staying here for your safety!
极其危险的酒店!洗手间水压非常强,地面非常滑,完全没有防护措施,导致我摔倒并鼻子骨折。更糟糕的是,酒店没有提供及时的紧急服务,也不愿承担任何责任。我向前台反映情况时,他们甚至假装听不懂,非常不负责任。这次经历严重影响了我对迪拜酒店的印象。即便存在明显的安全隐患,酒店仍然拒不承认问题。为了您的安全,强烈建议不要入住这家酒店!

Nice visit

Stayed for a total of 19 nights from Dec into Jan recently. We had 2 separate bookings with a 2 night stay in the hotel "next door" over the New Year in between stays.
1st room was a "Very Deluxe Room" on the 13th floor which was lovely with pool views.
2nd room was a King grand Deluxe Suite on the 22nd floor which was also lovely with pool views.
After a small misdemeanour with the standard of housekeeping we were assigned a wonderful housekeeper Elpon Benlot who was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail and cleanliness standard was above and beyond and we thank him very much for his service. What a hardworking, very well mannered young man who deserves our praise.
Now our favourite as we have mentioned in previous reviews , the executive lounge on the 30th floor. Wow this space is a continued delight. The lounge was moved to the 7th floor on our previous visit and we didn't enjoy it nearly as much so it's great to see it back on the 30th floor. The welcome service, food & beveridge choices & ambiance are simply "perfection" in our eyes. Special thankyou to Gyan who was attentive as always and we were very pleased to see that his hard work has been rewarded with a promotion to supervisor. Manya (for her delicious iced caramel lattes especially), Shankar, Payal, Rohit , Dinupa & Khant for their hospitality lead by manager Sandeep who runs this lounge seamlessly and is such a wonderful person who makes time to make you feel welcomed and is so friendly. Also a special thankyou to the exec lounge chefs who continue to turn out a varied range of culinary delights daily. Roast Turkey dinner on Xmas night was a delight and delicious.
We dined at Zoco, Ribs & Brews, Rose & Crown and The 44 restaurants within the Al Habtoor complex and each one was fantastic.
This is definitely one of our favourite Hotels in Dubai and we will hopefully be back this year.
One small thing to mention and the reason for only 4 stars is the disappointment of not receiving a welcome amenity pack and letter as we have previously had on arrival in our room? (Both occasions)
We also noticed several guests being handed small boxes of chocolates over the New Year at checkin which we didn't receive? As a diamond guest these gestures make you feel truly welcomed so feel slightly let down and undervalued.
