Hotel is a bit dated, but service was excellent and rooms were very clean and quiet. Was perfect for my situation. I left early to catch a flight, around 4AM, and did see security patrolling the parking lot, so it definitely felt safe as well.

Tub drain was clogged and flooded while showering. Toilet tank stopped refilling after first flush despite water valve being fully open. The wallpaper and floor were both ripped, and the edges of the floor were filthy. You could see the years of dust pushed into the corners of the room and against the edges of the beds. The ac unit was extremely loud and woke me up several times throughout the night. The staff was polite and professional, but not nearly enough to offset the terrible room I got. Nowhere near worth the $200 total I paid for one night and breakfast.

Great location, outdoor garden and lobby was large. Room was clean, but was on the first floor after heavy rains and the room felt damp. Good value.

Nightmare times three (nights)!

Premier room we stayed in was far from ADA compliant for my husband in a wheel chair. Very small elevators greeted us in the rear lobby. A luggage cart and wheelchair were pretty much incompatible. The room was very tight with cramped spaces between the queen beds. The bathroom had no counter space and the shower chair we were promised at reservation was not found. My husband slipped many times in the slick tub trying to hang on to the grab bars. A lawsuit would be in play if he had been hurt. I will say the beds were very comfortable and the cookies were great. But for an accessible room, this one failed miserably. Hilton, you can do better.

I was just one night. But we enjoy been there. Was cozy & Elegant. Has and indoor pool, gym, interior patio, and and art historic gallery. That we enjoy very much.
