Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Airport is not very far either. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff were professional and very helpful. There is free limited carparking outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Service and Staff Complaint

The hotel is bad in the word, they have great photos on the web but actually very bad, the rooms don't have anything to do, the refrigerator is disabled, the stove doesn't work, and when we asked to change the rooms
They said the hotel is full, but the hotel is empty and there is no one
This plus the bathroom is unclean and smells great
Do not revoke it on a divorce unless you intend to torture yourself and lose your money
Their staff is too poor
Ugh unrespectful
They talk to us uncomfortable their style is very arbitrary
The hotel''s only feature is that it''s in the middle of town and close to a tick of something
But there are also hotels in the same area
So be careful ⁇

Just to point it out. There are many fake comments about this hotel which mislead us to a different expectation. The room is big enough but very much out of date. The toilet is dusty and some facilities is not working. Breakfast was very simple.

My parents and I made a Reservation over the phone and whatsapple confirmed our Reservation. We talked to them over the phone again about our late hotel check-in. We went to the hotel at midnight and they told us that the prices were cash, and they didn’t accept a credit card. They insisted that they said it was cash on the phone, but we didn’t talk about this in our phone calls or messages. When we objected, they refused to help us in any way, and we would have had to find a different hotel at that time (12-1) night.

EXCELLENT HOTEL - FANTASTIC LOCATION
