Nice three!
Very successful location: 2 minutes to the sea (the beach can choose any, sunbed + umbrella per drink (alco 150 lire cocktail, beer from 120 lire) all day, through 2 hotels free beach (no umbrellas and sunbeds, just haven't built the hotel yet)); through the main road Migros and currency exchanger. Cleaning every day (dumped garbage, walked a rag on the floor), in 2 weeks bed and towels were changed twice, for some reason they forgot about foot towels. Hotel food is in the +100500 category of the same food and it was very surprising, I don't have that much fantasy about it. Food is always fresh and delicious, and fish is rarely given. The pool's clean, there's plenty of sunbeds. In Russian, says manager Selim, who oversees the hotel. Thank him very much for his work! The 16+ Hotel also plays a role, I as a person far from children liked that there were no always yelling children and their jajajamaters). There were many Russians in the hotel, and there were also locals and Englishmen. Guys, if you choose 3K for your holiday, then don't expect 5K service from her, and then your holiday will turn out great)

Murt Sea Side
Really liked the hotel, clean rooms, constant cleaning and change of linen. The lunches are delicious. But the most important thing for me is the sea is a two-minute walk away. So you can go to the sea before breakfast and after. The shops are close. I'll go to this hotel again.

You’d rather sleep on a sunbed & if hungry you’ll av to go thru others bins
Got here to be told we had no transfers that’s on jet 2 left duty free on bus we paid £50 to get hotel reception txt bus app up nxt morning no buffet considering we paid for AI I’d of been happy we cornflakes but nothing no English staff so they handed us there phone to type it in manager turned up said not enough guests to do AI buffet we paid for & tried to give us a wierd salad Turkish breckfast then refused to help us move hotel untill he got his £ back called love holidays 5 times on 4th & 5th attempt on emergency number it had been disconnected by day 3 still no choice of food they tried to give us random soup / cold manky pasta so by day 3 we had no choice but to pay to move so had to then pay stupid amounts of £ to eat & drink we did return to hotel passed by on & they tryed to refuse us a drink considering we paid to be there till 15th May absolutely worst holiday ever & hotel

I like it, I'll come again.
Drove in July 2023. Place is nice, city center, nearby shops. I liked the food, the decent buffet, the variety of dishes. The pool is very good, the water is clean. Because the hotel feels small, there are no crowds.
Rooms are nice, balconies everywhere, showers are cozy, air conditioning, didn't like that there were any obscure blankets, thin, feels like a towel.
The sea is close, you can book a day trip by yacht to the islands,
Perhaps you'll hear noises from the street at night, after all, Marmaris is a city to hang out with.
Of the downsides, it's a very bad internet. He was only in the lobby, there was hardly any signal in the dining room, much less in the rooms. I don't know what the problem is with making a better signal.

Unreliable hotel, may refuse to check in or not find your reservation
Refusal to move in was based on "the hotel doesn't house single men." At the same time traveled not alone, with a couple, rented 2 rooms. The reservation was confirmed at the same time and the money was withdrawn, we had to beat them out of the reservation service by all means, as refund of d/s was not possible according to the hotel rules.
I had to shoot 900 meters away from my friends, by the way, much better and at the same price.
Friends by the way also had problems when checking in, they did not want to check in because they had no information about the reservation, after a couple of hours, when contacting the reservation service they did check in, but the draught remained.
Highly do not recommend this hotel, if you have booked it, it is not the fact that you can check in.
Marmaris is full of client-oriented, reliable hotels and quality service, and this hotel is bypassed.
