The only issue with this property is that it is a bit tired in places as we went at the end of the season but the good price reflected this. The location was fabulous and the view from the Suites is incredible. The breakfast was very good compared to some of the others. What was very special though was the owner greeted us on arrival and spent a lot of time going through the map of the area and explaining what was where and how best to make the most of our limited time in Istanbul. I would stay here again as it was excellent value for money - and the view from room is one I will never forget!

Saved from zero by location

No air conditioning or VMC to renew the air, breakfast is a joke, the majority of rooms have no view, even do not disturb signs on the doors, bed too small, in short the public price displayed between 200 and 400€ is a joke. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars

Apart from the location and the kindness of the staff the rest is catastrophic mediocre breakfast nothing to do with the photos due to sites no pastries or orange juice jam level only one present contrary to what we see in the photos with several small pots, no or instant coffee, soundproofing level if you are in the rooms on the 1st floor, good luck sleeping because you will have the impression of having cars in your room, non-stop traffic all night without any interruption soundproofing, if you are lucky enough to afford a suite maybe you will hear nothing but I doubt it, rooms with several water damages not repaired, curtains too small for the windows, I took a family room the children's area is a tiny one without windows.
Finally, avoid this hotel frankly in view of the level of transport in İstanbul, which is far away, or take the Arcadia Blue right next door and not much more expensive but of better quality.

Staff are exceptional, very supportive.
The room sizes are not as large as shown in pictures. Room need slots of cosmetic work.
There are water stains in bathrooms.
Neither the rooms nor the common area has microwaves. So, we had to request the staff to provide warm water throughout our stay. Having ability to warm up water by the guests themselves is very important, especially, if there are young children. The staff were more than supportive and very helpful.

Vacation in istanbol

I Would like to share with you a story happened to me in hotel lausos, I selected by random but when I went there I found really very prettly helpful man, my young son had birthday during his vacation they prepared for him party and gave him present it was nice day for him and also they help really for everything they spent with time to explain the location.
The location of hotel is really strategic you are surrounded of symbolic touristic you don't need to make plan to go over there.
I would like thank beret and Karin and also manager Muhmet for his help it was really nice vacation with them
