Rest in Istanbul
4-star hotel, rooms small, cleaning medium, breakfast medium. The pool was closed. Tram stop opposite the hotel. There are 11 stations to Sultan Ahmed. There's also a bus stop nearby. The neighborhood is good with restaurants. Prices are many times lower than in other areas where tourists live. Also on products, etc.

Stayed here for bus tour. Room
And bathroom was a bit tight. Pool was closed due to spring season.
I checked the spa- the steam and sauna were shared for men and women. I wanted to see the Turkish bath but the receptionist only pointed it out from the door. I was reluctant to take a peak. Massage was not available on short notice.
Breakfast at hotel was very good- egg station, waffles, hot food, salad bar, cheese bar and coffee. There was also a train stop in front of hotel- I just didn’t take it so I don’t know if convenient to use.

Convenient location
5 night stay. This hotel has a very convenient location directly opposite Pazartekke metro stop. Made m way easily by public transport from the airport. Room was small but comfy with sofa, desk, chair and small table. View of the street outside. Good size bathroom. Dove shower gel, hand wash and shampoo bottles. Didn’t feel like Dove wash to me as that’s what I use at home and it’s a lot thicker - maybe there’s is watered down but still had a lovely scent. Mini fridge in room. Nice hotel grounds and quiet when I was there. Eateries and supermarket very near by. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, lots of places nearby for breakfast. Teas and coffees weren’t replenished each day but you could get them from the bar area downstairs. Sometimes they gave you water, sometimes they didn’t. Front desk staff didn’t seem too knowledgable about the places I asked the concierge gave me a metro map which was handy. I’m a IHG member but that didn’t seem to count for anything at this branch. Still, it was a good price and a good location.

Good Hotel
We had five nights at this hotel and highly recommend it. I wrote to the hotel prior to the stay and requested a higher floor away from the lift . On checking in this was noted and a great room at the end of the corridor was provided . This allowed for a good night's sleep in the very comfortable soft bed . Room was spotlessly clean with a good bathroom. All staff we interacted with at the hotel were excellent and very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a little out of town but has good connections with the tram into the centre. Only negative is that smoking is allowed in the rooms, so when walking to our room from the lift was not very pleasant. That said thankfully the smoke did not enter our room. A great hotel for a city break.

The towels was very old, the sink mixer broken , the shower support hand broken , the front desk lady were very nervous
