Our stay could be better.
Hotel is in need of staffing . There is only 1 person to look after the hotel. We stayed on the 1 th floor . Room was very small but clean. There was no hand shower , taps was difficult to adjust . We weee really surprised about absence any English speaking TV channels!

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
I also informed them that I would write a bad review before leaving the hotel. I've stayed in this hotel before because it was a cheap hotel and I didn't have any expectations. I booked again without expectations and had the worst experience of my life. The toilet in the hotel room did not have a control panel, so he told me without hesitation that I had to flush it by pulling the plastic inside the concealed cistern. Is this normal? Do you think it's a shame? When I said that's all, they said there was nothing we could do. I talked to the manager, Mr. Emre, and said that if you do not have another room here, take it to another hotel. Even though there was availability, they did not take it, and the manager did not call again. And then they said, if you want, find another hotel and we will pay your money. Despite all this, the Russian cleaner who came to the door because our check-out time was 15 minutes late, shamelessly raised her voice and rebuffed us, saying that it was 2 o'clock at 13.15. I advise anyone not to stay in A11, even if it is cheap. Don't come face to face with such disrespectful hotel staff, not to mention the clogged shower drain, the crappy rooms, the toilet problem.

Bad experience during stay at A11 Hotel Cadde
I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, the lady at the reception Deniz was incredibly rude. Her lack of manners and disrespectful behavior towards clients was truly appalling. When I tried to extend my stay and handed her my credit card, she threw it back at me without any regard for common courtesy.
Moreover, the elevator was small, barely accommodating two people comfortably. It felt cramped and claustrophobic every time I had to use it.
The breakfast served at the hotel was a major letdown as well. Not only was it uninspired, but it was also the same repetitive selection every single day. There was no variety or effort put into providing a satisfying experience for guests.
The bathroom in my room was not adequately equipped for personal toiletries. There was limited space and amenities provided, making it inconvenient to organize and access my essentials.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned or vacuumed daily, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
However, I must mention that Samet, the guy at the reception was a saving grace during my stay. He was incredibly helpful and kind, offering assistance whenever needed. Despite his efforts, I cannot overlook the numerous shortcomings of this hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of basic amenities, poor service, and overall unpleasant experience.

Very small out of standard beds that you can fall down when you turn around in the middle of the night. AC wasn’t on (broken)while we were there for a several hours, couldn’t sleep night time because of the noise coming from corridor and other guests rooms , called front desk and even than continued, not very happy at all. No laundry service, need to go outside . Breakfast was somewhat ok, recommend go out to have it. Staff was very helpful but very unprofessional. Another confusion point with this hotel is , there are 2 of them very close by and almost the same name , A11 and A11 exclusive, both of them is not up to my standards anyway. First day of my stay when i saw a long hair in my freshly made bed , it was gross . We had a really bad experience at this hotel overall,

Great residential area in Istanbul. Great for walking, shopping and restaurants. Clean and safe hotel. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Would stay again.
