Ok for a Short Stay

The location is very central and every night there is a pretty cool night-market in front of the hotel. A bar street in a walking distance. There is an easy access to the beaches, Kuta or Karon. Nai Harn is also close. Good restaurants, shops and a lot of entertainments around.
My room was quiet and I could sleep well. Room size was pretty ok but the room had a musty smell, it was not ok without AC. No view or natural light. There was a fridge to keep my food there. 2 bottles of water were provided every day. You can take beach towels every day at the reception. The rooftop pools are small.
Nice personnel. Mr O was helpful, he paid for my transfer as I arrived at night and did not have cash with me, he allowed me to make the payment in the morning, thanks a lot! There was no elevator but Mr O helped me to carry my suitcase to my room.
All in all, the hotel is ok for a short stay.

It's great to warm up in February!

Perhaps this is the worst three of all that I have ever been to in Asia. We had to settle there because the other hotels were at a standstill. The guy at the reception was always drunk, but he smiled and was friendly. The room looked out into a mine and it’s not true that it was quiet there: if you sneeze, you’ll have 4 neighbors looking through your windows , they will say “Be healthy!”, in the sense of the 4th room on your floor. We also heard what was happening on the 2nd and 4th, we lived on the 3rd floor. When we asked to change the room, we were told that everything was occupied. The room smelled very damp and things were not drying. Although the rooms with balconies, one part overlooked a noisy road, the other overlooked an even noisier cafe in the hotel courtyard. Only 4 rooms on the roof, 5th floor, were more or less with air, access to the roof with sun loungers and tables. If there is no way to get rid of this hotel, try to book at least them. Before leaving, we had to go out onto the roof and dry all our things.
Now for the good stuff. The path to Kata beach is 5 minutes, but we went to the left along the coast, it’s deeper and calmer there. It’s 12 minutes to Karon beach and there’s creaky sand right away, on the left there are stones with fish - we liked it there most of all. We also walked to Kata Noi beach. -40 min. The bay is not big, but for some reason all the cocktails and smoothies were almost 2 times more expensive and it was dirty. But all these beaches are of course similar and everywhere the sea was clean and 28-29 degrees.
We almost always ate at the foot courts in the market, it was cheap and tasty. We went on excursions to Semilan from a street agency and didn’t regret it, we had a great time for 2150 baht per person. Our tour operator offered for 3600-3900 baht.

Great holiday for little money

In mid-October, as part of the Black Friday promotion, we purchased a tour with a flight through Kazakhstan from Kazan to Phuket from the Selfie Travel Operator. First trip to Thailand. We chose an inexpensive hotel with a convenient location and did not regret it at all. The hotel is truly in a very convenient location. It's a leisurely 5 minutes to Kata beach, but we walked a little further to the left, because... at the very beginning of the beach, a stinking river flows out from our side and sometimes the water at the beginning of the beach is muddy and full of garbage. It's a 12-15 minute walk to Karon. The beach is perfect, the sand is crunchy, the sea is clean and near the rocks you can watch the underwater world with a mask. There is a seven-even convenience store right in the hotel building. There, on the recommendation of the guide, we took a SIM card on the transfer for 7 days for 49 baht and 7 GB. Calling a taxi (inDraive) and the Internet without fanaticism was quite enough. Night market, shopping arcades 1 minute walk. Everything is nearby, everything is convenient. We took an excursion to Phi Phi (I recommend), to the elephant sanatorium (for an amateur) and to the Simon transvestite show (I recommend). I would also like to advise you not to waste time on free excursions from operators, the day of your vacation is down the drain and do not take excursions from tour operators. They sing very well, about insurance, about service, etc., but in fact they sell the same thing as street agencies at 30% more expensive. Don't fall for the tricks of hotel guide Osman from Selfie Travel Operator. A 4-5 minute walk from the hotel on Taina rd there are two wonderful cafes next to each other (competitors) Red Corner and Knoung Shop Seafood, where a number of dishes from 70 baht are not inferior to the same dishes from 150-180 baht. Visit, you won't regret it.

Clean but mold smelly

Clean hotel. Looks like in the pictures. Changed room immediately because of the AC had a strong mold smell. The same thing in the next room. Could not stay at the hotel. Cancelled my reservation and changed hotel. Staff not very friendly. Rooms without a view are a bit dark and many lights don't work.
