Truly amazing—highly recommended for families!

We’re a big family with four kids, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The kids loved spending time in the pool, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach area was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with together as a family.

No more than 3 stars.

This hotel is three stars and no more. The sea is dirty. Every day the tides are low. The water goes away and swimming is impossible after lunch. Meals (breakfast) are uniform. The location's not great either. On the plus side are friendly staff. Daily room service.
Don't come here.

no SPA, no restaurant - hotel for bus passengers - noisy

Not a 5 star hotel! SPA and restaurant closed, min. 6 months. New bus passengers every day for one night. Loud and outrageous. No umbrellas by the pool, even on demand. No pool bar. No rest, left sooner and should sign a confidentiality statement that we will get a refund. This states that guests may not post anything negative or comments. We didn't sign it!
Staff are nice but don't speak English.

Lovely place for my family with children. Large bed and big space for recreation. Staff are very attentive and eager to help. The location is perfect to explore the south of Phuket.
Beach view during sunrise is beautiful, but not so good for swimming.
Nearby is Rawai seafood market (10 min by car).

It has beautiful pool and it's by a very nice quiet beach , love the pool side , great value , very good staff clean and nice
