Basic. Breakfast just ok. Location is not the best, need a car. Price could have been cheaper for what I got. Overall is ok-good stay.

I enjoyed my stay

The reviews aren’t good on most websites. However, I think it’s perfect if you have a car as the only downside is location. Room is big. Shower is ok. Facilities look a bit old. I like breakfast a lot. Although it’s Thai style. The price is acceptable especially breakfast is included.

Fine for a few nights:)

Me and my son booked in here whilst my wife was at Bangkok hospital, so it was ideal location wise as was literally a 2 min drive to the hospital and back at night time:)
The hotel is old and needs some attention, but you get what you pay for (£50 for 3 nights inc breakfast), the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rice and a hot dish, fried eggs, cereal, toast. And a decent coffee machine!
The room was spacious and comfortable. Like I said, signs of wear and tear were apparent throughout, but we were only here to sleep at night and were out all day till 9/10pm.
Would stay again.

The facilities are decent, however, WiFi internet access kept dropping. Hopefully, the owners will fix this problem properly. The neighboring rooms are not soundproof. One can hear exactly what others are doing. Please keep this mind if feeling amorous. The breakfast was better than average and plentiful. The workers are nice and accommodating. Parking space is a bit tight but almost all of Thailand is this way and sometimes worse. I would also like to suggest to the hotel that cleaning the bathroom with Haiter (bleach) will kill mold without having to scrub.

Small budget hotel with nothing to complain. Walkable distance to the start point of Khonkaen international marathon.
