Unprofessional management / bad experience

We had a booking with Agoda for this place but the management said they didn't receive it. They said only the "VIP room" was still available but told us we had to pay more for that. When we insisted on the room we booked they suddenly found a room for us but told us we wouldn't get the breakfast we booked (and paid for). We canceled the booking and left. The management seemed very unprofessional. Would absolutely not recommend this place.
