Lobby and general areas were cool and tidy. Our room was kind of small. It did not have a room number. It was just next to sauna, so whenever sauna was on, the room heated as well and smelled like sauna.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious

Good value. WiFi was too weak in the room and no mobile signal so I had to sit downstairs. Which is quite nice anyway. A lot of choice for breakfast.

Room was not clean at the checkin. More than one hour waiting for cleaning to get the keys. Furniture dirty in the room and in the looby. Front desk attendant was trying to convince me to accept other room in a different unit, away from downtown. Very bad experience at all.
