Perfect.

In every way, our stay with friends was perfect. The owner and his family are incredibly kind. The rooms are clean and regularly cleaned.
Not having a car, he even transported us to a small village nearby.
The tapas at the bar are excellent. In short, incredible value for money.

okay hostel for it's price, but could be better situated..

I stayed for 2 nights in a double room during a road trip with my boyfriend, because all hostels in Bilbao were booked out because of a festival. We payed 44 EUR per night, which is a good price, but there is literally nothing to do/see in the surrounding area. It's located in an old industry area outside Bilbao. The view is terrible, and the rail way passes directly next to the hostel, so it's pretty loud. The facilities are very simple, but clean.
The good points are that the trainstation is also next to the hostel and you can be in Bilbao in 20 minutes. There are trains every 10 minutes. Also the owner was very friendly and helpful, he cares about the people staying at this hostel. But he only speaks spanish.

Se rompio la cama

Hotel flojucho,se nos rompio la cama,el dueño no nos dio ninguna solucion,mas q decirnos q no fuesemos mas,,no quiso subir a ver la habitación,un maleducado y mal pensado,trato al publico malisimo,la limpieza excasa,nos dejaron toallas del hotel carton.muy mala experiencia

Très bon Rapport Qualité Prix

Parfait si vous voulez visitez Bilbao et ses environs pour un weekend ou plus !
La voiture est indispensable, ainsi vous pourrez rejoindre la plage ou Bilbao en 10 min.
Malgré la voie ferrée située à côté, nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le train mais plus par les personnes qui parlent dans le couloir car la chambre n'est pas trop isolée !
Personnel très accueillant !
Je retournerai !

Excelente trato. Un ejemplo de cómo tratar a un cliente

Es el segundo año que vamos a este hostal con motivo del festival BBK Live y si volvemos a venir será aquí.
El hostal está situado en un polígono por lo que es muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones están recién pintadas y las ventanas cambiadas, sencillas pero suficiente. El bar/restaurante está como era de esperar en el mismo edificio, lo cuál es genial ya que según te caes de la cama puedes bajar a desayunar o a tomar un pincho buenísimo (vegetal, tortilla francesa con chorizo,...) con una Amstel Oro. Carlos a la barra es todo atención y un trabajador incansable. Además en el salón puedes comer de menú a un precio muy muy económico y con una muy buena calidad.
Como anécdota, estábamos tomando el postre del menú y uno de mis amigos había pedido una copa de nata y chocolate, y cuándo mi amigo iba por la mitad de la copa, Vanesa (nuestra madre mientras estamos en Agarimo) se acercó a ofrecernos traernos nata para la copa!. Y así podría contar millones de pequeños detalles que hacen que este humilde hostal se convierta en un 5* digno de visitar.
Volveremos, porque desde Agarimo al BEC (desde donde salen los autobuses) sólo hay unos 10 minutos en coche, y como aquí, no nos van a tratar en ningún sitio.
Un 10 en todo, gracias a Carlos, Vanesa y a todos los demás.
