Great relaxing place to stay
Great hotel to stay in, clean, friendly staff,excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and linen and towels changed daily. Right near a big shopping centre and right near a taxi station and bus terminal. Quiet location and central to so much. A €6 taxi ride into the main attractions.

Lights and shadows
Hotel located a few steps from the center, easy to reach and equipped with underground parking at 18 euros per day. The room is sufficiently large and bright. Comfortable bed. There is the bathtub but lacks the cap, only shower, but it gets uncomfortable standing in the tub. There is the kettle with its tea coffee and sugar equipment. There's no fridge. The safe is unusable as it is lockless. The air conditioning goes for those (off, L, M, H), at the minimum it is cool and you have to put the blanket while outside it is 26 °.

RELAXING ATMOSPHERE
Great facility, tidy, thorough cleaning, (scent also in the elevators), friendly and helpful staff, some also speak Italian.
Very large and comfortable room overlooking a wide, busy street as well as the Turia gardens, near the bus station.
The location is very convenient for travel as the Turia metro station is only a hundred meters away with only two stops from the center of Valencia, as well as several bus lines located in front of the hotel. The center can also be reached on foot with a 20-minute walk through the beautiful Turia gardens.
Great breakfast with sweet and savory and fresh orange juices from a special DIY machine.
We had half board, dinner was quite good but repetitive.
However, there are some shortcomings found, for example:
- non-soundproof rooms, you could hear everything from the next room.
- the TV channels are all Spanish and it is not even possible to change them (the remote control did not have the numeric keypad and had only 4 keys (volume +/- and program advance +/-, in addition to the power off one.
- lack of a minibar that in some situations would have been useful.
- lack of adequate towel rails near the washbasin that could easily be placed on the front of the washbasin structure, while we found only two hooks located both on one side, in an unsuitable position, with the risk that towels could fall to the ground near the toilet brush, or worse in the toilet itself.
- the air conditioning did not work.
- the desk chair was heavy to lift, causing a loud noise that could annoy both the adjacent rooms and the one below.
Very functional and organized instead the closet, one of the few still with doors, the very large safe (also my bag was inside) with the key and the pull-out rod, usable behind the payment of a deposit of 10 euros, which is returned on departure.
The two single beds but joined together were large, comfortable and well made by the cleaning staff.
Another thing much appreciated are the two bathrobes with slippers and courtesy sets equipped with everything you need (razor, comb, toothbrush, etc.).
That said we would be back again because overall we were very comfortable.
Tip: Ask for a room upstairs to hear less street noise and away from elevators.

A 20 drive from the airport, opposite a huge shopping center and the main park of the city. Strategic. Everything you need at your fingertips.

Excellent, very balanced in location, attention and services
We stayed two nights, for the first time at this hotel. Excellent welcome and attention from staff, before and during the stay. It is well located, with public transport connection that allows you to get to any point in the city fast. Spacious room, faithful to the photographs shown by the Hotel itself, very clean and with bathroom also spacious. Noise leaks from the outside but they don’t really disturb the sleep that the bed allows, which is comfortable and relaxing, and maybe it would improve with some more pillows to choose from. They have small details in the room that make it more cozy and functional, for example trouser press, infusions, amenities, bathrobe... Parking is very accessible even for slightly large saloons and different sized spaces. Breakfast, complete and varied in its cafeteria, also pleasant atmosphere. Despite being a large hotel and having many guests, you have the feeling of a personal and forthcoming treatment. Delighted with the choice. We will have to return to Valencia on a few more occasions and, of course, we will stay at this hotel.
