Perfection in Ronda

Stunning place in the old town of Ronda, in the heart of this beautiful historic area. The guest house itself is built into the old city walls, with breathtaking views and an unbeatable location. The garden and pool is like your own slice of paradise. The house is gorgeous, decorated with cultured and wonderfully eccentric tastes yet maintaining its sense of heritage. We took all three rooms and I'd recommend doing this if you are a family/group, because then you have the whole house, communal areas, garden and pool to yourself. I was in the room with a terrace, and was able to watch the sunrise from there - unreal. Very kind and friendly staff, super flexible, exactly the kinds of people who should be running a guest house! Nothing to offer but praise - a special place to stay in a magical town. No criticisms at all. Five minutes from the Puente Nuevo.

Perfect in every way

Stayed with my sister Jane in this beautiful place which was faultless in every sense. The building and its interior were very special and unique, with spectacular views. The hosts were so helpful .Its position in the old town was perfect. I’ve stayed in expensive hotels in Ronda but this place was so much better. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Kate and Jane

Beautiful place in the center of patrol

Really fantastic all in Andalusian style. Very nice rooms, relaxing environment, great welcome. There is also a characteristic pool and stands on the Arab walls. Breakfast ok. Highly recommended. If I return I would not hesitate to resume.

Wonderful Salvatierra Guest House in Beautiful Ronda

We stayed for 4 nights in this most beautiful little B and B. From the first moment the hosts were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was plentiful lovely freshly baked breads, yogurts, orange juice and cereals. Cheese and meats were also provided. We were lucky to have the room with its own large terrace and the most fantastic views. Several times we purchased a nice bottle of wine and snacks from the close deli and enjoyed the view. It was so relaxing. You also have the use of the garden which is so pretty. Because there are only 3 rooms it is quiet at night when people return to their rooms. The position is wonderful for walking on the historic walls and visiting other parts of Ronda. We loved Ronda it was so interesting and deserved several days to see all the sights. We were lucky with the weather sunny most days . Though it was cool in the morning and at night this helped with sleeping and there were plenty of extra blankets provided should you need them. The hosts really thought of everything to make your stay just perfect. Thanks for a wonderful time, hope to return in the future.

Peaceful stay, with spectacular views of the countryside

Exceptional stay!!! I walked here and back from the train/bus station, which was about a 22 minute walk via the bull ring. I stayed in the little room/loft at the top of the guest house, which was very bright, cheery, and cozy. I slept very comfortably with the window open at night to allow the cool breeze in, which had a very small village/pastoral feel too it. You can view sunrises through this window. The hosts were very delightful to speak with, very accommodating, and just overall wonderful people. Breakfast was delicious with local products, and they brewed the best coffee ever. They have an outdoor seating area that is built into the old Moorish wall, which makes for an even greater place to view a sunrise, enjoy a cup of coffee, watch Andalusian horses train, and just view the peaceful and slow countryside. In hindsight, if I had known this place (as well as Ronda) was so great, I would've just just stayed here for my entire vacation and skipped the other places I visited.
