Sorry we couldn't make it this time
We are so sorry we couldn't make it to the simar this but because of my illness health i could not stay too far from a hospital i would highly recommend this hotel for their friendly welcome and top class service in the most picturesque area of the island

Honest review
This hotel is set in a beautiful, stunning, peaceful and quiet area of Majorca. Its very steep with loads of steps down to the two closest coves which isn't ideal for anyone with mobility issues but there are another 2 within walking distance with easy access. Take beach shoes as there are rocks. The sea is turquoise and crystal clear. It really is a beautiful little resort!
We could not fault any aspect of the cleanliness and housekeeping, Showers were hot and powerful. The pool and bar areas were spotless. Hotel staff were friendly, pleasant and very obliging.
This hotel has many positives but the one major, very big negative, is the poor quality of the food. It is absolutely awful!!
It was mostly inedible, on a level I have never experienced in an all inclusive before.
We are not fussy eaters but we struggled! Breakfast was put out an hour before the dining room opened therefore it was cold and greasy. The fruit and yoghurt areas were uncovered. I couldn't see any blue wall insect zappers and there were flies frequently buzzing around.
Lunch and dinner were more or less the same. Okay if you like fish, so called stews , chips and rice. None of this was appetising. There wasn't really much of a fruit selection except melon, melon and more melon.
I know this hotel is a 3 star but I do expect a decent level of food hygiene. After what we paid for this holiday then having to eat out for 6 of the 8 nights we were very disappointed. It defeats the object of going all inclusive.
Alot of money to eat toast and jam and salad sandwiches!
However would I return to Cala San Vicente? Without a doubt but only on a bed and breakfast basis.

Magnificent!
A magnificent location, at the foot of the coves with transparent waters, calm, between sea and mountains, a dream.
Friendly, smiling, and helpful staff.
Careful cleanliness of the premises.
A special mention for the young animator of the hotel activities, Krystal, who is radiant and makes everyone feel at ease, regardless of their nationality. Quality evening entertainment.

Wonderful vacation
A perfect week
Positive point. Smiling staff.
Very good buffet with plenty of fruits.
A theme every evening: pizzas, pastries...
Beach nearby as well as walking trails.
A plus for the very clean rooms and always a friendly greeting. Very pleasant in the morning.
Negative point:
There is no kettle in the rooms
A bottle of water in the rooms would be a plus upon arrival.
It's a shame that the coffee machine in the morning is closed in the evening.
We will gladly return.
A round of applause for all the staff at the reception who are very pleasant and speak French, as well as all the other staff.
We will return without any problem.

Great stay in a fabulous location
Stayed for six days in May this year. This hotel represents great value for money and is in a fabulous location to four beautiful coves. Rooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping was good every day. Good variety of food so always found a good meal. Staff are friendly and helpful and had a great atmosphere. Entertainment was very good and finished at 12 so no late night noise. Very close to the bus stop. Would return in a heartbeat and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
