Óbal Hotel, totally renovated in 2023, is centrally located opposite Alameda Park in Marbella's old town, 3 minutes' walk from Marbella Beach. It offers great views and free high-speed WiFi throughout.

We will be back.
Excellent location, very friendly competent staff. Clean rooms, brilliant AC and very quiet. Super breakfast with a lovely view.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location downtown next to the seashore and Old Town. All very walkable. Very helpful staff!

Expensive but essentially paying for the location.
Very nice hotel, great location. Room was small but OK although the price was high but its summer in Marbella so to be expected. Breakfast was OK, nothing special like the breakfast at The Amare just down the road. I prefer a chef to make fresh eggs to order in the morning not ones that have been sat there for a while. Nice roof top pool with limited loungers, annoying that it didn't open until 11.00am each day and if you weren't there by 11.05am you didn't get a sunlounger but they are limited for space. I would stay again but not at summer prices.

Amazing stay
I stayed here as a single traveller with a complex disability. From the go, nothing was too much trouble for all staff to help me (all with a smile). They even changed glasses and cups to plastic (I break things) and the restaurant, reception and bar staff were fantastic, putting me at ease immediately. It was they were "tuned in" to what I needed.
My room was modern and immaculate with everything at the right level. The walk-in shower had plenty of room.
The roof-top solarium was the perfect place to unwind after a day's exploring, with delicious food and a well-stocked bar.
In general, I can't recommend it enough! Fantastic, and thank you!

It was really amazing stay. I was there for concert visiting - Starlite. It was 10 minuts by taxi. The hotel lication is great, near from Playa de Venus. I recommende parking Indigo, a few steps from hotel. I will come back
