Increíbles amaneceres desde la cama

El apartamento cuenta con una vistas excelentes al mar, además de las comodidades necesarias para una estancia agradable. Una situación inmejorable con el transporte público casi a pie de casa y aparcamiento en el propio edificio. Todo un lujo.
Muy de reseñar el trato y cuidado que pone Guillermo en intentar estar pendiente de agradar y cumplir nuestras necesidades.

Very disappointed, very dishonest.

We arrived at the accomodation and quickly decided we couldn’t stay there, cancelling via Booking.com where we were entitled to a 50% refund according to the policy of the host. We are travelling with our 6 month old baby, and the condition of the apartment was unsanitary and unsafe for him to be staying in, with mould in the bathroom and on the bedroom walls, and a broken electrical plug, torn wallpaper and chewing gum in the skirting board all well within his reach.The double bed was also almost a foot shorter than it should have been, and wasn’t long enough for either adult. The host was initially helpful and attempted to find us alternative accomodation, but when we decided to leave and cancel our booking he stopped responding and only processed a third of the refund we were entitled to, ignoring our messages and claiming we were a no-show.

El personal nos recibe de manera brusca y poco acogedora. Una vez dentro del apartamento, descubrimos un enchufe dañado por completo y varias grietas en las paredes. Al día siguiente, el personal nos abordó nuevamente de manera grosera por haber ingresado sin saber a la piscina cuando estaba cerrada. Entiendo que respetar las reglas es esencial, pero cuando se comete un error sin intención, definitivamente no se debe gritar a los huéspedes.
The staff greets us in a disrespectful manner. Upon entering the apartment, we discover a damaged electrical socket and multiple cracks on the walls. The next day, the staff once again addresses us rudely for inadvertently using the pool during its closed hours. While I recognize the importance of adhering to rules, it is certainly inappropriate to yell at guests when they unintentionally make a mistake.

apartamentos maravillosos y en sitio espectacular

buenos dias, he pasado una semana con mi familia en estos apartamentos y no tengo mas que elogiarlos por todos los motivos.
estan completos de todo, son espaciosos, con mucha luminosidad y mucha limpieza.
tengo que resaltar ademas, que el servicio de mantenimiento de las zonas verdes y la piscina, incluido el desinectado me parecio espectacular, dimitri, que es el que se encarga de esto, no escatima esfuerzos en limper desinfectar y conservar todo hasta el ultimo rincon, barria hasta el cesped.
y la atencion de guillermo que es el que representa a la propiedad, es inmejorable, atiende to das las peticiones que necesites y ademas esta al tanto de tu confort en la estancia
por lo anteriormente relatado, no queda mas, que recomendar estos alojamientos y agradecer a las personas del mismo, la atencion recibida.
