Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancellation policy.
