The hotel is clean and the location is superb. It right in the middle of the myeongdong walking street.
After buying many things you can easily go back to hotel to drop all your loots before going to another location.

Right in the middle of myeongdong. Public transport are a few steps away.
You need to step up at least 25cms ( as high as a 2lt bottle!) to get into the bathroom. The bathroom door height is like 5feet. Very hazardous to kids or older people as its quite an effort to go in the bathroom.
Quite pricey for an old hotel. Rusts and stains on the doors.
Luggage storage for more than a day is not free! They charge u per day u leave ur luggage with them.

We booked this hotel to be a base from which to explore Seoul and it was perfect for that. Right in the heart of a busy area of Seoul so plenty to see on your doorstep, shops, restaurants and street food stalls are all around. Walkable distance to the N tower and the palace. Great location.

The hotel location is unbeatable, so near to Exit 6 of Myeondong subway station and right smack amidst all the shopping and street food.
Service staff were friendly and helpful, even providing us with a portable little heater when we said it was a little too cold to sleep with the room heaters being switched off centrally. The beds were clean and comfortable. Two bottles of mineral water were provided for the entire stay but there was a water dispenser along the corridor for refills so we were fine and need not buy water.
Having shared the above positive points, the hotel room itself is a little shabby and run-down. Doesn’t really look like the deluxe rooms shown in the booking websites. The room space is poorly allocated with little space between the beds and sleeping area vs the living area which was extremely spacious. The toilet was quite cramped as well.
To conclude, I may stay again for a return trip given the convenience of the location but will hope for a less shabby room.

You can't go wrong on the location it's in the middle of shopping and restaurants area. Room was clean and the size was good.
