Home away from home
This hotel is remarkable and located close to everything. From the bedding,shower,cleaninlines and the staff, I had nothing to complain about. To Nicole and Kesiah,you ladies are remarkable. Weldone on an excellent job.

Guests pumping music until the early morning hours and hotel employees turning a blind eye
Guests pumping music at full volume until 1:40 in the morning. Phoned reception only to hear that he cannot leave reception to ‘come up’ and that we should complain in the morning. How do you get sleep?
Will never return and never recommend.

Great stay with minor room issues
The hotel staff is very friendly and I would like to give a special mention
to Leroy who goes the extra mile to make sure that guests are happy.I had a wardrobe malfunction and urgently needed a needle and thread.He ran to the shop to buy me a little sewing kit as the hotel does not keep any.Leroy,you deserve a raise and an employee of the year award for such excellent service.Your enthusiasm and hard work did not go unnoticed.
My overall experience at the hotel was great.However,the hotel restaurant does not open on Saturdays which was a little odd. The bathroom ceiling in my room was leaking water. On my arrival,one of the pillowcases in my room was dirty but that was rectified immediately. Breakfast gets served at 7 instead of 6:30 which means if you have an early flight,you will miss breakfast.
I would give the hotel a 4,however, these minor issues force me to give it a 3.

Neat & clean, good service but too noisy at night
Neat & clean, good service but far too noisy at night. Between the generator, road noise and drunkards outside my window I barely got any sleep. Suggest management install double glazed windows so guests can sleep at night.

no recommended at all
definitely not as advertised. No air-con, no soaps etc in bathroom, light not working, power switches seemed to be wired wrongly. no lightly or power at all during load shedding...not even emergency lights.
I could go on but won't that more than enough to never want to stay there again
