MOST TRAINED HOTEL STAFF IN SITUATIONS OF EMERGENCY/SECURED/TRAINED/SAFE
Deep Gratitude for Your Exceptional Staff
To : Hotel Management,owners, board members
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for your extraordinary staff, who went far beyond their duties during a very emotional and frightening situation.
While staying at your hotel , my daughter was at the pool when sirens suddenly went off. I was in our room on the fifth floor, and as a mother, I panicked.
My only thought was to get to her as quickly as possible. What happened next left me in awe.
The moment the staff saw me distressed, at least ten of them rushed into action without hesitation.
They ran through the stairwells, opening every door along the way, determined to reach my daughter before I could even get to her.
Their urgency, coordination, and care were unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
When I was finally reunited with my daughter, I cried with relief.
The kindness didn’t stop there.
Room service staff immediately brought me water and comforted me while continuing to ensure everything was under control.
The atmosphere they created in those tense moments made me feel profoundly safe.
What your team demonstrated was not just professionalism,it was heart, humanity, and courage.
In the middle of a terrifying situation, they became more than hotel staff. They became protectors, heroes, and an extension of family.

10 out of 10 had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Fantastic Hotel in a great location. The staff was so helpful from start to finish. 5 min walk to Rainbow Street but with talking to the reception desk they gave us a map and said to go through Rainbow Street until you reach a set of steps which leads you to downtown Amman - this place is incredible, the noise, the different smells and the food all amazing.
Also feel so safe in Jordan.
If you stay ask for a room on the higher levels for a fantastic night view of the city.

Cool place, fantastic location.
Very cool place- nicer than the photos give credit for. Lovely spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a kitchenette, that open up to a terrace with great views of the city. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Much more than in some other places we stayed.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
We recently stayed at The House Boutique Suites in Amman and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests including restaurant reservations. The valet parking service was efficient and convenient, making our arrival and departures hassle-free.
Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. However, I did notice that the bathroom cleanliness could have been better maintained, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. The pool was too cold to be used since it is not heated and the weather prior to our arrival was exceptionally cold.
Breakfast was satisfactory, though the variety was somewhat limited. A broader selection would enhance the dining experience for guests staying multiple nights (we stayed 4 nights).

great choice in Amman
The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from Rainbow Street in a quiet neighborhood of Amman. It has spacious rooms with kitchenette. Intercontinental breakfast with a wide choice of dishes. we really enjoyed the terrace with the pool and views of the city!
