Perfect Stay with Exceptional Service

We had an absolutely perfect stay from start to finish! Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was Adina, she was so wonderfully helpful, warm, and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!

A very pleasant terrace, with a beautiful atmosphere, good food and great service. But what made the experience really special was Adina, who took care of us. She was extremely attentive, kind and involved, always with a smile on her face and with attention to every detail. It shows when someone does their job with love. ️

Excellent experience

I’m truly impressed by the service at this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but I’ve rarely experienced such a consistently warm, friendly, and helpful team.
A special thank you to Kristian at Reception, Iulia and Doinita in the restaurant, and Madalin at the Conference Center. Each of you went out of your way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Your kindness and professionalism made our business trip truly exceptional.
The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. I would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Top Notch!

Everything about our stay at Courtyard Floreasca was excellent! The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The cleaning staff did a great job. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.
We especially enjoyed the amazing and delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Much thought and effort went into providing such beautiful and nutritious breakfast options. Again, the staff at the restaurant, Solt, were efficient, friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and help provided by Donna. She worked hard but also took time to visit with us when she could. She went out of her way to offer special assistance when we needed something extra. She along with many others are an asset to the restaurant.
We also enjoyed many dinners at Solt during our 10 night stay. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious!
