Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service, especially from Mr Lok, who assisted us with everything we needed and made our stay comfortable at Ibis Hotel. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed the experience, and the hotel facilities, ambiance, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again.

Great experience since last Friday and today!
From the moment you arrive, the restaurant is super easy to locate right inside the hotel, making it a hassle-free spot to dine with family, friends, or colleagues. The buffet spread offers a fantastic variety of delicious, fresh options that cater to all tastes, but what truly makes this place stand out is the world-class service.
The entire team is exceptionally accommodating, but a very special shout-out goes to Ms. Sonalyn, Ejaz, and Patrick! Their incredible hospitality made our meal truly memorable. They are consistently hard-working, attentive, and greeted us with genuine, warm smiles throughout our visit. You can really feel their passion for excellent customer care.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service
Everything seemed wonderful to me. The hotel exceeded my expectations, the atmosphere was very pleasant and all the staff were very attentive.
